This Kleinburg estate is organized around a single long approach. A stone planter wall sets the property back from the street, and square-cut limestone curves across the lawn to the main entrance. The drive continues past the house along the estate's forested edge to twin stone gate piers, each crowned with a carved pineapple, the traditional symbol of welcome. From there it turns onto a motor court of grey granite cobble banded with limestone.

Behind the house the ground rises, and the garden answers in tiers. Large random flagstone stepping stones cross the lawn to the main terrace, passing a natural stone outcrop that conceals the waterfall until the last moment. Built on site from massive natural stone set on a limestone facia base, it spills down a stacked stone face into a raised limestone basin. Retaining walls climb behind it, cut limestone block giving way to stacked natural stone as they rise.

A curved paver path and stone steps lead up through layered planting to the upper lawn. From there the garden steps down in tiers along a flowing path to a copper-domed pavilion on beige columns, a formal retreat set within the planting, its patina deepening each year. Classical statuary, beds of lavender, salvia, and rose, and a circular stone patio tucked below the driveway give the estate its quieter moments. The stonework throughout is traditional in vocabulary and built to age into the property rather than stand apart from it.
